Return Replacement & Refund Policy

Return Policy :

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with the purchase of our products and will refund or exchange any unused or defective products up to 7 days from the receipt of shipment.
If item is Faulty unit then we cover Returned postage cost and we issued full refund of item value + Shipping Charge + Returned Shipping Charge or We send Replacement unit and issue refund for Returned postage cost. So, we do not want our customer out of Pocket for any reason where there is no fault for our valued customer.

Replacement Policy :

We provide warranty on all products as mentioned on Product Detail page and we offer replacement of most of our products if they becomes faulty within warranty time.

Refund Policy :

We provide full refund for defective items returned within 7 working days after receiving shipment. We also cover returned postage cost if item is dead on arrival.
