Q. DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

A. No, you are not needed to register mandatorily before placing an order. It depends on your choice whether to buy with a Registered Account or as a Guest. If you wish to register, then you can easily create your own SaiTech IT profile by creating a username and password. We recommend that you use your email address as your username, to make it easy to remember.

Q. HOW DO I REGISTER?

A. Click "log in" at the top of our website, and you will see a registration interface, then click the “REGISTER” button to enter your information.

Q. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

A. Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

Q. CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?

A. Yes, you can place bulk orders also as per your requirement.

Q. DO YOU ALLOW REPLACEMENT?

A. Yes! Of Course! We have 365 Days Replacement Policy, so we are flexible when it comes to replacement. So, if you get a product which is not working or damaged; then we will replace it for you. All you need to do is just contact us and follow the procedure of replacement as per our guidance.

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE REFUND?

A. Yes, as per our policy we provide refund within a period of 30 days after you receive the product. Please note we do not refund Shipping Charge if the item is not faulty and send us back.

Q: WHAT IS WARRANTY ON ITEM?

A: We provide 30 day Full Money Back Guarantee and 1 Year Warranty with us for any Item purchase from us. Manual Damage not covered under Warranty. We replace Faulty item within 1 year of item of Purchase Date.

Q: HOW IS QUALITY OF ITEM?

A: Our Products are best Quality products as we have confidence on them and we provide 1 Year Warranty with us directly on them.

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

A: Our 100% orders ship on next day or Within 24 hours of Payment received. Please note as we use Private Courier and India post we can't ship orders on public holidays. Our Working days are Monday to Saturday so if you order on Friday to Saturday those Orders ship on Monday.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING DETAILS?

A: We provide tracking details in SaiTech IT. So customer receive email from us with tracking details once we confirm shipment of order.

Q: WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGE PARCEL OR YOUR PARCEL LOST BY COURIER?

A: If you receive Damage parcel or open box from courier, we suggest don't accept that parcel and give back to courier company so we can send you another Unit or we can issue refund of your order. If your parcel is lost by courier for some reason then we will send you another parcel once we get update on lost from Courier Company.

Q: WHAT IS DELIVERY TIME?

A: Normally items deliver within 4-7 Working days once they shipped from our Warehouse. So, once you receive dispatch Email with tracking details you will receive your item within 4-7 Working days. Please note Weekend (Sun) IS not counted as working day.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE TECHNICAL HELP?

A: We provide technical help on our own Brand Product. You can call us anytime between 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday for Technical advice before buying or after receiving items, on +919429577309

A. Under My Account> Edit Profile, click “Change Password”. You will be prompted to enter a new password.

Q. FORGOT PASSWORD?

A. Select the "Forgot your password?" option on the Sign In page. Complete the information regarding your registration details and select the "Reset your password" option.

Q. ADD/REMOVE AN ADDRESS

A. Under My Account>Personal data, click “Address Book”. Here, you can add a new address, remove an existing address, or edit an existing address.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

A. Under My Account> Edit Profile, click Personal Information. You will arrive at a screen that will allow you to change your phone number, Gender, and/or the nickname associated with your account.
